Riyadh – Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced the deposit of Arabian Centres Company’s subscribed shares into investors’ accounts after finishing the initial public offering (IPO).

In mid-April, the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Arabian Centres’ request to float 95 million shares, representing 20% of the company’s total capital in an IPO.

On Tuesday, Arabian Centres, the Saudi shopping malls operator owned by Fawaz Alhokair Group, completed its IPO, along with concluding the retail offering taken place on 9 May.

The retail offering attracted around 26,476 individual investors, subscribing for 5.72 million shares at the IPO price of SAR 26 apiece, the company said.
