Cairo – Mubasher: Jdar Group plans to pump investments worth EGP 4 billion in Sea View project in the North Coast upon its completion, the real estate firm’s managing director said in a statement on Monday.

About 90% of the first phase of the project has been completed with 800 housing units to be delivered before the end of 2020, Ahmed Fakhry added.

All units of the first phase have been sold and the 468-unit second phase has been launched to be delivered in 2021, he noted.

The company also plans to establish a water desalination plant, Fakhry revealed.

Spanning over 137 acres, the project will be built in three phases with total 1,650 units.
