Dubai – Mubasher: SSH, a leading master planning and project management firm in the MENA region, has been selected as a lead consultant to manage Emaar’s master planned development Creek Beach District in Dubai.

SSH will provide full multidisciplinary services related to the project, including architecture, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering (MEP), structures, and public realm co-ordination, according to a press release.

Located near the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, the Creek Beach District is an urban city set to offer a unique lifestyle experience.

The district will built by Emaar over a total gross floor area (GFA) of nearly 343,700 square metres in two phases.

The design of the project aims to a network of courtyard, walkways and family-oriented waterfront area, along with vibrant community spaces, including commercial, retail, and food and beverage outlets.

Creek Beach will offer a wide range of residential units, in addition to extensive public, communal, and private amenities with its multilayered design aiming to creates a pedestrian-friendly zone.

“A hotel will also bring the benefits of a hospitality component to the development,” the release added.

The waterfront development will connect the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza and Creek Island Dubai developments with the Dubai Creek Harbour district.
