Mubasher: Sharjah Court has postponed Al Arabiya Real Estate’s (ARABREC) lawsuit against Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) until 19 June.

The Emirati court ascribed postponing its ruling until receiving the Kuwaiti’s firm report, according to ARABREC’s statement to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.

The case is related to proving ownership and terminating a leasing contract between the two parties.

In April, the court postponed viewing the case to 23 May.
