Riyadh – Mubasher: The Riyadh Municipality has launched “Fawry Plus” service which allows qualified engineering offices to issue a builder licence immediately via the municipality’s online platform.

Engineering offices can directly start the processes of issuing the licence in accordance with a regulatory mechanism, according to a statement.

The initial phase of Fawry Plus service includes healthcare, educational, and tourism projects.

This service will enable eligible engineering offices to issue and print a builder licence for the aforementioned activities subject to the approval of concerned authorities.  

This step aims at facilitating procedures for investors, supporting investments in the country, saving times required for issuing the licences, accelerating the achievement of projects, and creating a suitable environment for investments.
