Mubasher: Dar Al Thuraya Real Estate Company has achieved KWD 315,000 (KWD 1.036 million) profit through selling one of its building.

The building was sold in consideration of KWD 1.98 million ($6.51 million), the company said in a bourse statement.

The profit generated from the transaction will be recorded in Dar Al Thuraya’s financial statements as at 30 June.

Last year, the Boursa Kuwait-listed company turned to profit, registering KWD 809,840.
