Blue chips push down ADX at Sunday’s close
Market capitalisation stood at SAR 505.51 billion

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended Sunday’s trading session in red territory, pressured by blue-chip stocks.

The general index inched down 0.17%, ending the first session of this week at 4,955.26 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 50.927 million after 41.62 million shares exchanged hands.

By the end of the session, market capitalisation stood at SAR 505.51 billion.  

The real estate sector headed the losers and fell 1.49%, followed by the telecommunication and services sectors with 1.11% and 0.89%, respectively. 

Similarly, the investment sector went down 0.38%.
