Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC Properties has launched its new project, ‘Zada’, in Dubai’s Business Bay area at a price of only AED 699,999 a month.

Zada will be officially launched on 29 June 2019, according to a press release.

DAMAC also gives prospective buyers a chance to pay monthly instalments of AED 6,999 over five years for the property.

Located within a master-planned community in Business Bay, the one-bedroom apartments project views of the iconic Dubai Canal.

The project offers upscale amenities such as a swimming pool, a children’s playground, and a fitness centre, among others.
