Mubasher: Sanad Holding Co will change the company’s name to become Al Bareeq Holding Co.

The new tradename will come into effect on 25 June 2019, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Sanad clarified that this decision was made by the shareholders of the company during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 23 May.
