Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) benchmark Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) closed Wednesday’s trading session with negative performance.

TASI decreased by 64.17 points, or 71%, to finish the session at 8,936.26 points.

TASI’s turnover jumped to SAR 6.59 billion on Wednesday, compared to SAR 5.34 billion in the previous session.

The real estate sector topped the decliners and fell 1.8%, followed by the pharma, biotech and life science sector with 1.1%.

Similarly, the banking sector plunged 1%.

On the other hand, the utilities sector headed the risers after adding 0.99%.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu secondary market, went up 35.47 points, or 0.99%, to finish the session at 3,608.58 points.

Al Omran Industrial Trading Company’s stock was Nomu’s worst performer with 9.6%, while Raydan Company’s stock was Nomu’s best performer after rising by 7.1%.
