Mubasher: Taameer Real Estate Investment announced that it has re-elected the board of directors to be chaired by Ziad Ahmad Al Duaij.

The deputy chairman will be Abdullah Al Mutawa instead of Gerard Oliver, the company said in a bourse filing to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.

It is worth noting that the capital of Taameer Real Estate stands at KWD 24 million distributed on 240 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
