Riyadh – Mubasher: Aljazira Capital will pay a 5% cash dividends to unitholders of Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund for the second half of 2018 and the first half of 2019.

The company will distribute a total of SAR 5.9 million, or SAR 0.5 per unit, for the 12-month period, according to a recent bourse statement.

Cash dividends represent 5.13% from the fund’s net assets based on the fair market value as of 31 March 2019, and they will be paid within 10 business days.

The eligibility of dividends will be to unitholders registered in the unitholder register by the closing of Thursday, 27 June 2019.

The dividends are set to be paid within ten working days.
