Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) will distribute a total of SAR 9.9 million in cash dividends to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 01 April 2019 to 30 June 2019.

The cash distribution will be based on 60 million existing units, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company will pay SAR 0.165 per unit, representing 1.65% of the initial price.

The entitlement of dividends shall be for the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday, 2 July.

The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the record date.
