The submission of the resignation of Mr. Simeon Preston, as Non-Executive Board Member, representing the major foreign shareholder, Bupa Investments Overseas Limited (BIOL), on 1 July 2019G, effective 1 July 2019G, and having been accepted by the Board in its Board meeting on 1 July 2019G, due to the major foreign shareholder wanting to change one of its Board member representatives.

That the replacement BIOL Board member representative will be announced in due course, subject to regulatory approvals, and the new Board member appointment will thereafter be subject to the approval of the public shareholders in a future General Assembly meeting, and which will be advised at a later date.

Mr. Simeon Preston commenced the current Bupa Arabia Board term, on 1 July 2019, as Non-Executive Board Member.
