Riyadh – Mubasher: Muscat Capital announced the distribution of cash dividends to the owners of Al Mashaar REIT Unit Fund for the first half of 2019, amounting to SAR 0.26 per unit or equivalent to 2.6% of the nominal value.

The record date of Al Mashaar REIT’s H1 dividend is set on 11 July 2019, while the ex-dividend date is on 9 July, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

Moreover, the distribution date of the dividends will be within 10 days of the maturity date.

The company noted that the distribution value is amounting to SAR 14.88 million, distributed on 57.24 million units.

It is worth to mention that the fund was listed on the Saudi market on 18 January 2018.
