Riyadh – Mubasher: Advanced Petrochemical Company has appointed Fahad Salem Al Matrafi as its new CEO as of 16 August after the resignation of Abdullah M. Al Garawi.

Al Garawi submitted his resignation, and it will be effective as of 16 August, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

He will continue as a chief advisor to the firm’s board until 30 November.

Moreover, Al Garawi will continue to serve as Board member the end of the board’s current term on 30 September.
