Dubai – Mubasher: Al Safwa Mubasher Financial Services, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), on Thursday revealed it elected Al Hurr Mohammad Al Suwaidi as the company’s chairman of the board of director.

This came on the sidelines of a board meeting held on Wednesday, 3 July, Al Safwa Mubasher added in a statement to the DFM.

The board members have also elected Yazen Abu Gulal as the company’s deputy chairman.

Moreover, the board affirmed the appointment of Abdel Hadi al Sa’adi as the chief executive officer (CEO), according to the statement.

In June, Al Safwa Mubasher announced the appointment of Al Sa’adi as the company’s CEO.
