Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Alahli Takaful Company recommended not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for full-year 2018.

The decision aims at strengthening the company’s financial position, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

The insurance company noted that the recommendation will be placed for the approval of the ordinary general assembly in its coming meeting.
