Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly meeting of Alinma Bank has elected a new board of directors for the three-year term ending 20 May 2022.

The assembly has named Abdulaziz Bin Abdulla Al Zamil as the board’s new chairman, according to the lender’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

Moreover, Abdulmalik Abdullah Hamad Alhogail was appointed as the deputy chairman.

It is noteworthy that Alinma Bank posted a 21.8% year-on-year net profit growth in the first quarter of 2019, recording SAR 709 million.
