Cairo – Mubasher: The US dollar exchange rate against the Egyptian pound has stabilised earlier on Wednesday at some local banks.    

The USD has settled at EGP 16.57 for buying and EGP 16.67 for selling at National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, Bank Audi, and Al Baraka Bank Egypt.

Additionally, the exchange rate between both currencies has remained unchanged at Commercial International Bank (CIB), the United Bank, and Bank of Alexandria at EGP 16.55 for purchasing and EGP 16.65 for selling.

Likewise, the USD has been steady at EGP 16.58 for buying and EGP 16.68 for selling at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB).

Meanwhile, the USD-EGP exchange has stabilised at Arab African International Bank (AAIB), Credit Agricole, Housing and Development (HDB), and Misr Iran Development Bank at EGP 16.56 for buying and EGP 16.66 for selling.
