UAE – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has reportedly signed a $1.38 billion agreement to buy 30% stake in UK’s Domestic & General, according to The Financial Times.

The current owner of the British company, CVC Capital Partners, will maintain a majority stake.

The deal is expected to be closed at by the end of 2019, informed sources told the English newspaper revealed.
