Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait opened Monday’s trading session on a mixed note.

By 9:35 am Kuwait time, the All-Share and Premier Market indices slipped 0.08% and 0.14%, respectively, while the Main Market Index inched up 0.09%.

The telecommunication sector led losers with a slump of 0.3%, while the financial services sector headed winners with an increase of 0.25%.

Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity stood at KWD 7.2 million early Monday after seeing a trading volume of 47 million shares that were exchanged through 1,440 transactions.

Aayan Leasing, up 0.18%, was the most heavily traded stock with a trading volume of 10.06 million shares.
