Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development, a leading property developer based in the UAE, on Sunday announced it is nearing the completion of two districts within its Midtown community development.

Located in Dubai Production City, the Midtown community has a construction area of over 5 million square feet, according to a press release.

The family-friendly community comprises 26 buildings across six districts, including the Afnan and Dania Districts, Deyaar said.

The seven-building Afnan has been completed by 96%, while the six-building Dania has been finalised by 87% completion, the real estate company highlighted, adding that both are set to be delivered later this year.

Moreover, the company said that the project’s 18-story residential building Bella Rose in Dubai Science Park features 478 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and units.

The Dubai-based firm also indicated that Al Barsha South residence has an ideal location and offers residents elegant living spaces.

The residential buildings have been completed by 28%, Deyaar added.

Midtown’s residents will have easy access to local amenities and transport links to Dubai International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport, and the Dubai Expo 2020 site.
