Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Thob Al Aseel Company has approved distributing 10% cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2019.

The company will pay a total of SAR 30 million, or SAR 1 per share, for the six-month period ended in June, according to the company’s filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 25 July for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

It is worth noting that Thob Al Aseel revealed its interim financial results for the second quarter of 2019.

Net profits after zakat and tax increased by 25.7% year-on-year to SAR 48.34 million in Q2-19.
