Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Tuesday’s trading session with positive performance.

By 10:20 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) inched up 0.06%, or 5.64 points, to 8,913.1 points.

TASI’s traded volume reached 7 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 197.8 million through 7,580 transactions.

The media sector topped the risers adding 1.81%, followed by the telecommunication and banking sectors with 0.75% and 0.23%, respectively.

On the negative side, the energy sector headed the decliners falling 2.5%, while the material sector retreated 0.38%.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 3,829.48 points.
