Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Thursday’s trading session in red territory, dragged by the fall of the banking sector.
By 10:45 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) inched down 0.4%, or 34.4 points, to 8,750.3 points.
TASI’s traded volume reached 17.6 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 375.6 million through 16,160 transactions.
The media sector topped the losers falling 1.18%, followed by the banking sector with 0.94%.
Meanwhile, the real estate sector headed the gainers adding 0.83%, followed by the materials and telecommunication sectors with 0.08% and 0.01%, respectively.
On the other hand, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, decreased by 0.3%, or 11.4 points, to 3,798.36 points.
