Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Investment Holding Group has sold its entire stake of 4.3% in Egyptians for Housing and Development (EHDR), Sigma Capital said.

The Egyptian company has sold 4.889 million shares for EGP 18.872 million at an average price of EGP 3.86 per share, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.

During the first quarter of 2019, EHDR’s net profits hiked to EGP 12.06 million, compared to EGP 6.72 million in the year-ago period.
