Cairo – Mubasher: Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya Real Estate Investment has achieved sales of EGP 900 million since the beginning of 2019.

Accordingly, the real estate firm has managed to achieve 30% of its target sales for the current year, the company’s assistant chairman for commercial affairs Maisara Ahmed told Mubasher.

The company aims to achieve sales of EGP 3 billion by the end of 2019 from Golden Yard project in the New Administrative Capital, Marseilia Blue Blue Sokhna, Hayat Marseilia in Alexandria, Marseilia Beach 4 North Coast, and the soon-to-be-launched Cascadia North Coast, Ahmed added.

During the first quarter of 2019, the real estate firm reported net profits of EGP 1.433 million, compared to EGP 1.039 million in the year-ago period.

Sales rose to EGP 140 million in Q1-19 from EGP 61.2 million in Q1-18.
