AfDB supports entrepreneurship in Egypt with EGP 10m
The grant will be directed to promote services provided to entrepreneurs

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation signed a grant agreement worth EGP 10 million with the African Development Bank (AfDB) to support the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in Egypt as part of ‘Fekretak Sherketak’ initiative.

The grant will be directed to promote services provided to entrepreneurs and provide small investors with business development services, minister of investment Sahar Nasr said in a statement on Sunday.

Fekretak Sherketak Entrepreneurship Service Center was established to further promote small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which contribute to creating jobs for young people and women in the most populous Arab nation, she noted.
