Riyadh – Mubasher: Ataa Educational Company will start trading on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday, 31 July.

The stock was listed on Tadawul under the symbol 4292, and a 10% daily price fluctuation limit, according to Tadawul’s statement on Monday.

In May, Ataa Educational received the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for an initial public offering (IPO).

The company offered 12 million shares, representing 30% of the company’s capital share

On 24 July, Ataa Educational Company’s retail offering was oversubscribed by 426%.

A total number of 38,560 investors subscribed to 1.2 million shares worth SAR 148 million.
