Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura Cement Company reported its interim financial statement for the second quarter of 2019.
Net profits after zakat and tax levelled up 6% to SAR 12.28 million in Q2-19, compared to SAR 199,673 in Q2-18, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Total revenues of the Saudi-based company jumped 49.17% to SAR 46.4 million during the three-month period between April and June, from SAR 31.11 million in the same period a year ago.
For the first half of 2019, net profits surged by 225.6% to SAR 33.78 million, versus SAR 10.37 million in H1-18.
The company generated SAR 109.9 million in revenues in H1-19, up 25.4% from SAR 87.6 million in H1-18.
Profit per share stood at SAR 0.61 during the first six months of 2019, against SAR 0.19 in the corresponding period of 2018.
