Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ceramic Company reported its interim financial results for the second quarter of 2019.
Net losses after zakat and tax decreased by 65.3% to SAR 16.1 million in Q2-19, compared to SAR 46.5 million in Q2-18, according to the firm’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Meanwhile, revenues of the Saudi-based company grew by 13.2% to SAR 273.8 million during the three-month period between April and June, from SAR 241.8 million in the same period the year before.
For the first half of 2019, the company’s net losses retreated by 57.3% to SAR 41.15 million, versus SAR 96.4 million in H1-18.
Saudi Ceramic generated SAR 583.4 million in revenues during the first six months of 2019, compared to SAR 498.3 million in H1-18.
Losses per share decreased to SAR 0.69 during the six-month period ended in June, from SAR 1.61 in the corresponding period last year.
