Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Arabian Cement Company has approved distributing 7.5% cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2019.

The company will pay a total of SAR 75 million, or SAR 0.75 per share, for H1-19, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 5 August for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

The company will pay the dividends on Thursday, 29 August.

It is worth noting that Arabian Cement turned profitable in the second quarter of 2019, recording SAR 37.3 million.
