Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) ended Monday’s trading session in red territory.

The benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) went down by 1.07%, or 91.84 points, ending the session at 8,465.25 points.

TASI’s turnover increased to SAR 3.34 billion on Monday, from SAR 2.54 billion on Sunday, while trading volume levelled up to 116.22 million shares, compared to 95.57 million shares in the previous session.

The software and services sector headed the decliners falling 3.8%, followed by the media and food and beverages sectors with 1.75% and 1.66%, respectively.

Similarly, the banking sector retreated by 1.3%, while the material sector fell by 1.2%.

On the other hand, the commercial services sector topped the risers adding 1.5%.

Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, went down 0.85%, or 32.52 points, finishing the session at 3,815.99 points.
