Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Southern Province Company  (SPCC) has recommended distributing 12.5% cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2019.

The Saudi-based company will pay cash dividends worth SAR 175 million for H1-19, or SAR 1.25 per share, according to a recent filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 30 September for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

It is worth noting that SPCC reported SAR 211 million net profit during the first six months of the year, up 53% from the year-ago period.
