Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Saudi Airlines Catering Company recommended distributing 13.5% cash dividends to its shareholders for the second quarter of 2019.

The company will pay dividends worth SAR 110.7 million, or SAR 1.35 per share, for Q2-19, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.

The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 22 August for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

The company noted that dividends will be paid on 12 September.

It is worth noting that Saudi Catering posted a 2.6% year-on-year profits decrease in Q2-19, recording SAR 117.1 million.
