Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday announced that a direct deal was executed on Shuaa Capital’s stock at a total value of AED 1.397 billion.

The direct deal was implemented on the stock through a volume of 1.470 billion shares at a price of AED 0.95 per share, the DFM added in a statement.

The deal took place through the trading engine yet during a special session between 8:00 and 8:30 am UAE time, the bourse highlighted.
