India’s LTHE, Subsea 7 win Saudi Aramco offshore contract

Riyadh – Mubasher: A consortium of India’s L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE) and Subsea 7 company’s unit, Emas AMC, has been awarded a project by Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).

The project comprises 28 offshore jackets in ZULUF, MARJAN, SFANIYA & RIBYAN offshore fields of Saudi Arabia, according to LTHE’s statement on Thursday.

The deal reflects Saudi Aramco’s trust on LTHE’s capability to deliver to a challenging schedule with excellent safety and quality performance.

“LTHE’s fabrication facilities in Middle East & India are fully equipped to execute these challenging projects,” the statement said.

It is worth noting that LTHE is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro and is based in Mumbai, India.
