Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange announced that the fluctuation limits of Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group will be based on a share price of SAR 40.75.

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios on Sunday, 1 September, according to Tadawul’s statement on Thursday.

It is worth noting that the extraordinary general assembly of Al Sorayai has approved a 70.89% capital cut.

The company will reduce its capital to SAR 65.5 million instead of SAR 225 million.
