Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear’s (Dice) consolidated financial results showed a 13% year-on-year profit decline during the first half of 2019.

Net profits totalled EGP 73 million during the six-month period ended 30 June, compared to EGP 84 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Sales rose to EGP 731.2 million in H1-19 from EGP 712.2 million in H1-18.

As for the second quarter of 2019, Dice’s profit grew to EGP 41.9 million, compared to EGP 41.3 million in Q2-18.

Dice previously reported standalone profits of EGP 56.9 million in H1-19, compared to EGP 41.3 million in H1-18.
