Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Drug Co’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend distribution of EGP 3 a share for fiscal year 2018/2019.

A total amount of EGP 18.6 million is proposed to be distributed for the last fiscal year, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.

During FY18/19, Arab Drug Co. logged net profits after taxes of EGP 43.103 million, compared to EGP 39.47 million in FY17/18, according to the company’s unaudited financial results.  

The company’s capital reaches EGP 60 million, distributed over 6 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 10 apiece.
