Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company has appointed Kamran Mazhar Jaafari as the company’s new acting CEO.

Jaafari replaces Abdulaziz bin Abdulkarim Alkhariji, who resigned for personal reasons on Wednesday, 5 September, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

In addition, Alkhariji will maintain his position as a board member and managing director of the company.
