Riyadh – Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development Company, a leading real estate developer in the Middle East, on Monday announced it has launched Aliyat, a subsidiary specialised in real estate marketing, sales and facility management within destination Jabal Omar.

The launch of Aliyat comes in line with Jabal Omar Development’s strategy to expand its scope of business, according to a press release.

The new subsidiary will serve other clients along with Jabal Omar, the company noted.

Aliyat aims to become a ‘one-stop-shop’ for receiving products, setting up sales and marketing strategies, and launching products in the market.

Jabal Omar Development’s arm also seeks to become an integrated company specialised in facility management through its expertise in after-sales services.

Youssef N. Al Sayegh, Aliyat CEO, said: “The company [Aliyat] was established to deliver consulting services for independently owned and managed properties, sales and leasing services, facility management services, and after-sales services by applying effective marketing and referral programs for luxury property listings.”

Al Sayegh also highlighted that Aliyat currently operates and markets luxury residential units in Jabal Omar project in Makkah, which will bolster Jabal Omar Development to deliver a superb experience through its partnership with international operators.
