Cairo – Mubasher: Canal Shipping Agencies recommended a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.74 per share for fiscal year 2018/2019.

The total value of proposed dividends amounted to EGP 148.7 million for FY18/19, compared to EGP 175.7 million in the prior fiscal year.

During the twelve-month period ended 30 June, Canal Shipping Agencies logged a net profit of EGP 225.54 million, down from EGP 271.167 million in FY17/18.

The company’s capital reaches EGP 200 million, distributed over 200 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 apiece.
