Cairo – Mubasher: Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBE) considers contributing EGP 1 billion to syndicated loans, the bank’s deputy chairman Ahmed Galal said.

The lender plans to inject loans to real estate development, petrochemicals, and contracting sectors, he added on the sidelines of Euromoney conference on Monday.

During fiscal year 2018/2019, the bank’s net profits rose to EGP 1.11 billion, compared to EGP 790.3 million in the prior fiscal year.
