Mubasher: Total number of passengers travelled through Kuwait International Airport reached 4.5 million during the three-month period ended 31 August 2019.

Numbers of departing and arriving passengers recorded 2.3 million and 2.1 million, respectively, from June to the end of August, according to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

Moreover, total flights in the three-month period hit 31,400, including 15,700 departing and 15,700 arriving.

Earlier in September, the number of passengers travelled through Kuwait Airport grew around 3% year-on-year in August, reaching 1.7 million.
