Cairo – Mubasher: New Damietta City Development Authority has received 42 requests for land plots to be offered through the direct allocation mechanism recently announced by the Ministry of Housing, head of the authority Mohamed Ragab said.

The total area of these lands amounts to 180 feddans upon which schools, universities, clubs, and hotels will be established, Ragab told Mubasher.

Five land plots valued at EGP 150 million have already been allocated, he added. 

Wadi Degla Club purchased a 12-feddan land plot for EGP 110 million, while Banque Misr obtained two land plots with a total area of 850 metres.
