Cairo – Mubasher: Marakez for Real Estate Investment, a subsidiary of Saudi Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair, has obtained a land plot in Cairo’s El-Salam City from the National Service Products Organization (NSPO), the company’s chief business development officer, Ashraf Farid, said.

El-Salam shopping mall will be established on such land plot in partnership with NSPO, Farid told reporters on Wednesday.

The area of the land amounts to 68,000 square metres, while the building area stands at 28,000 square metres, he revealed.

The investment cost of the project is valued at EGP 250 million, Farid added.
