Cairo – Mubasher: Mountain View has collaborated with the American company Delivering Happiness (DH) to establish DH Egypt as a new business, Mountain View’s Chairman Amr Soliman recently stated.

Soliman has also appointed Rasha Al Gamal as the managing director of the new entity.

DH Egypt aims to build the “Happiness Project”, hence, featuring nonstandard workplaces.

Callison TKL Company shall undertake all of the architectural design works, Soliman highlighted.

The happiness project has been applied on Mountain View’s headquarters, DH’s CEO Jenn Lim remarked, noting that the project was a success from a practical standpoint; as it boosted employees’ performance and achieved 37% higher sales.

The project will further increase productivity by 21%, while lowering employee turnover rate by 41%.
