Dubai – Mubasher: Takaful Emarat Insurance, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), said that the company’s managing director Mohammad Al Hawari has resigned from his position.

Accordingly, Al Hawari will be a non-executive member of the board of directors, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

It is worth noting that Takaful Emarat Insurance previously announced the appointment of Tammam Abdullah as acting CEO effective from 22 August 2019 after the former CEO Fadi Jawdat Hindi resigned.
